Asst Manager - Logistic Supply Chain

This role involves managing and optimizing logistics and supply chain operations within the agrochemical sector. The position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient flow of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and maintain strong relationships.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in the supply chain.
Manage logistics team and provide guidance and support.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
7 to 12 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using logistics software and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the agrochemical industry is a plus.
