Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and success. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
