Senior Engineer - DFT

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on Design for Test (DFT) methodologies and implementation, contributing to the successful verification and testing of complex integrated circuits. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of DFT principles and a proven ability to apply them in a practical setting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement DFT strategies for various digital designs.
Design and verify scan chains, built-in self-test (BIST) circuits, and other DFT structures.
Perform ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation) and fault simulation.
Analyze test coverage and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with design and verification teams to ensure DFT requirements are met.
Debug and resolve DFT-related issues.
Contribute to the development of DFT methodologies and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
4 to 7 years of experience in DFT design and verification.
Strong understanding of digital design principles and methodologies.
Experience with industry-standard DFT tools and techniques.
Proficiency in Verilog or VHDL.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
