Project Product Manager

This role is focused on driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key projects within a leading life insurance company. The Project Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
Translate requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value.
Monitor and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Ensure product releases are aligned with business goals and customer expectations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
