Program Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various programs and initiatives within Gram Vaani Community Media. The Program Manager will ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning, developing, and implementing program strategies.
Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Monitoring program performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
Communicating program updates and progress to stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

7 to 9 years of experience in program management or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with community-based organizations is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
