Accounts Receivable Team Lead

This role is responsible for leading and managing a team focused on accounts receivable processes within the medical billing industry. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and maximizing revenue cycle performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of accounts receivable specialists.
Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle, including claim submission, payment posting, and denial management.
Analyze and resolve complex billing and payment issues.
Ensure compliance with all applicable billing regulations and payer guidelines.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:
