Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and strategic objectives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
