Primary School Support Teacher

This role involves providing essential support to primary school students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to ensure students receive the individualized attention and resources they need to thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
Support students with special needs, adapting materials and strategies as needed.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience working with primary school children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Basic understanding of child development principles.
