Legal Manager - Litigation - Corporate

This role involves providing comprehensive legal support to the corporate team, with a primary focus on litigation matters. The Legal Manager will be responsible for managing legal risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and attending court hearings.
Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of corporate legal issues.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage relationships with external legal counsel.
Identify and mitigate legal risks.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
7 to 10 years of experience in corporate litigation.
Strong understanding of Indian legal system and corporate law.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
