Senior Technical Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and securing top technical talent to support our growing organization. The Senior Technical Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. This is a freelance/contractor position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.
Source candidates through various channels, including online platforms and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Manage candidate communication and feedback.
Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Requirements/Qualifications

Significant experience in technical recruitment.
Proven ability to source and attract top talent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
