Analyst - Business Consulting (PI/Gov/CNS/BC)

Role Overview

Ernst & Young is seeking a talented and motivated Analyst to join its Business Consulting practice, specializing in Public Infrastructure, Government, Communications & Networking Services, and broader Business Consulting engagements. In this role, you will work alongside experienced consultants to deliver high-impact advisory solutions to clients across public and private sector verticals, helping them navigate complex business challenges and drive sustainable transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end consulting engagements across government, public infrastructure, and communications sectors
Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking to generate actionable insights for clients
Assist in the development of strategic frameworks, process improvement initiatives, and transformation roadmaps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions tailored to client needs
Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and deliverables for client and internal stakeholders
Participate in client workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements and present findings
Contribute to business development activities including proposal writing and market research
Monitor project timelines, track milestones, and support project management activities

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field
Relevant experience of up to several years in management consulting, business analysis, or a related domain
Exposure to government, public sector, or infrastructure consulting is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
Proficiency in MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage
Prior experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools is a plus
