Quality Assurance Manager

This role is focused on ensuring the quality of software products through meticulous testing and process improvement. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading a team, developing test strategies, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
Identify, document, and track software defects.
Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and standards.
Perform regression testing and ensure stability of existing features.
Analyze test results and provide clear and concise reports.

Requirements/Qualifications

6 to 10 years of experience in quality assurance.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
