Eohs Esg Audit Safety Compliance Specialist

This role focuses on ensuring organizational adherence to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, alongside robust safety and compliance protocols. The specialist will be responsible for conducting audits, developing and implementing compliance programs, and providing guidance to stakeholders on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive ESG and safety audits across various operations.
Developing and implementing ESG and safety compliance programs.
Identifying and assessing potential risks and vulnerabilities related to ESG and safety.
Providing training and guidance to employees on ESG and safety best practices.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of ESG and safety programs.
Preparing reports and presentations on ESG and safety performance.
Staying abreast of relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience (16-24 years) in ESG, safety, or compliance roles.
Strong understanding of ESG principles and frameworks.
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent auditing and risk assessment skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Environmental Professional, Certified Safety Professional) are a plus.
