Head of Design (UI/UX, App & Web, AI, Native)

This role is responsible for leading the design vision and execution across our product portfolio, encompassing both mobile applications and web platforms. The Head of Design will champion user-centered design principles, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience while driving innovation through the integration of artificial intelligence and native technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers.
Define and maintain design standards and best practices.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive and effective designs.
Oversee the design of mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web interfaces.
Explore and implement innovative design solutions leveraging AI and native platform capabilities.
Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web design work.
Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring design teams.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Experience with native mobile development (iOS and Android).
Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in user interfaces.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
