Senior Manager - BPO

This role involves leading and managing a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. The Senior Manager will be responsible for operational excellence, client relationship management, and team development, contributing to the overall success of the BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily BPO operations, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Lead and motivate a team of BPO professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
