Planning Engineer

This role focuses on providing engineering planning support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks and opportunities. This position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using appropriate planning tools.
Monitor project progress and identify deviations from the plan.
Analyze critical path activities and identify potential bottlenecks.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
Assist in resource planning and allocation.

Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
1 to 6 years of experience in engineering planning.
Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
