Area Sales Manager - Fleet Management Software

This role focuses on driving sales and expanding market presence for a leading fleet management software solution. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Identify and qualify new leads through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Provide ongoing support and training to existing clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
