Individual Contributor - Diamomd Sapphire Nursing

This role focuses on providing specialized nursing care and support within a dedicated unit. The individual will be responsible for ensuring patient well-being, administering treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitoring patient vital signs and documenting observations.
Providing direct patient care, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance.
Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educating patients and their families about health conditions and treatment options.
Maintaining accurate and complete patient records.
Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in a nursing role.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
