Mainframe Developer

This role focuses on the design, development, and maintenance of mainframe applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mainframe technologies and be capable of contributing to a team environment to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining mainframe applications.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the mainframe environment.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
Writing and executing test plans to ensure application quality.
Participating in code reviews and adhering to coding standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Mainframe Developer.
Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, and VSAM.
Experience with DB2 or other mainframe database systems.
Familiarity with mainframe security concepts.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
