Senior Pilot Simulator Instructor

This role involves providing high-quality flight simulation training to pilots, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and proficiency. The Senior Pilot Simulator Instructor will be responsible for delivering realistic and challenging training scenarios, assessing pilot performance, and providing constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct flight simulator training sessions for pilots of varying experience levels.
Develop and maintain realistic training scenarios and lesson plans.
Assess pilot performance and provide detailed feedback.
Ensure the simulator is operating correctly and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to the development and improvement of training programs.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience as a pilot, preferably with simulator training experience.
Strong understanding of aviation principles and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate pilots.
Proficiency in using flight simulator software and hardware.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
