Talent Acquisition Manager

This role is focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience and aligning hiring decisions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
