Business Architect

This role focuses on designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient business solutions leveraging technology. The Business Architect will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and document business requirements and processes.
Design and model business architectures, including data flows, system integrations, and application landscapes.
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are aligned with architectural standards.
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Architect or similar role.
Strong understanding of business processes and architectural principles.
Experience with Oracle SCM and Transportation Management systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
