Property Manager - Residential

This role focuses on the efficient and effective management of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and maximizing property value. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, from tenant relations and maintenance to financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage tenant relationships and address inquiries and concerns promptly.
Oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues.
Collect rent and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments.
Enforce lease agreements and address any violations.
Prepare financial reports and budgets for the property.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements/Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in residential properties.
Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in property management software.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
