Production Merchandiser

This role focuses on ensuring the smooth and efficient production of high-fashion garments, coordinating between design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams. The Production Merchandiser will be responsible for managing timelines, quality control, and communication to deliver products that meet brand standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the production process from initial design to final delivery.
Coordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure timely production and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor production schedules and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
Manage material sourcing and procurement.
Maintain clear communication between design, production, and sales teams.
Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process.
Resolve any production-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in production merchandising, ideally within the fashion industry.
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
