Key Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls.
Providing information and resolving customer inquiries.
Processing orders and resolving complaints.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Escalating complex issues to appropriate channels.

Requirements/Qualifications:

12th pass or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong customer service orientation.

Basic computer literacy.
