Functional Analyst - Digital Channels Remediation

This role focuses on analyzing and improving digital channels to ensure optimal performance and user experience. The Functional Analyst will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, developing solutions, and collaborating with various teams to implement changes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing digital channels and identify areas for remediation and improvement.
Gather and document business requirements for digital channel enhancements.
Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality.
Develop and maintain documentation related to digital channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital channels.
Participate in the design and implementation of new digital channel features.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in functional analysis, preferably within digital channels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle.
Experience with testing methodologies.
