Senior Associate - AP Statements and Reconciliations

This role supports the Accounts Payable function, focusing on the accurate and timely processing of vendor statements and reconciliations. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team to ensure the integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile vendor statements to purchase orders and receiving documents.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Process vendor payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions.
Assist with month-end closing activities.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
