Associate Manager - Internal Audit

This role involves providing assurance and advisory services to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes within the organization. The Associate Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on internal audit engagements, contributing to the continuous improvement of operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute internal audit engagements in accordance with established methodologies.
Evaluate internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
Document audit findings and recommendations.
Follow up on implementation of corrective actions.
Assist in the development and maintenance of the audit plan.
Conduct risk assessments to identify and prioritize audit areas.
Prepare clear and concise audit reports.
Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in internal audit or a related role.
Strong understanding of internal controls and risk management principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with audit software is a plus.
