Agency Manager

This role involves managing and expanding a network of agencies to promote and sell Aspire ERP Systems' solutions. The Agency Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with agency partners, providing training and support, and ensuring that agencies are effectively representing the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of agency partners.
Develop and implement strategies to drive agency sales and performance.
Provide training and support to agency partners on Aspire ERP Systems' products and services.
Monitor agency performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for agency partners.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with agency partners.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in agency management or sales.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and influence others.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to travel within the designated region.
