Instructional Design Consultant

This role focuses on designing and developing engaging and effective learning solutions to support organizational goals. The Instructional Design Consultant will collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, create compelling content, and ensure a positive learning experience for participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities.
Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and facilitator guides.
Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging learning experiences.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Maintain and update existing training materials.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in instructional design and development.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
