Senior Manager - Mechanical Operations - CTRLS

This role offers a challenging opportunity to lead and manage mechanical operations within a dynamic organization. The Senior Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of mechanical systems, overseeing maintenance activities, and implementing strategies to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of mechanical operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational best practices.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan and minimize unexpected breakdowns.
Lead and mentor a team of mechanical technicians and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure optimal allocation and utilization.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of mechanical operations with overall business objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in mechanical operations, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
