Learning Lead

This role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning solutions to support organizational goals. The Learning Lead will collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, create engaging content, and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring a continuous improvement approach to learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess training needs and develop learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and instructor-led training.
Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching to participants.
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Manage learning technologies and platforms.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in learning and development, with a focus on instructional design and delivery.
Proven ability to assess training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
