Manager - Finance & Accounts

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and oversee financial operations within a dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Conduct budget planning and forecasting.
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Provide financial support to other departments.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in a finance and accounting role.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
