HR Recruiter

This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the evolving needs of our client organizations. The HR Recruiter will play a vital role in ensuring a steady pipeline of talent and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews.
Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Managing the offer process and onboarding new hires.
Maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
