Senior Manager - Employee Benefit - Corporate Business Group

This role involves leading and managing employee benefit programs within a corporate business group, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee needs. The Senior Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering comprehensive benefit packages that attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and administer employee benefit programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other related benefits.
Negotiate with vendors and manage relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Communicate benefit information to employees and provide guidance on plan options.
Analyze benefit trends and make recommendations for program improvements.
Manage the budget for employee benefit programs.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate benefits with overall HR strategy.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Significant experience in employee benefits administration and management.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., ERISA, COBRA).
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working within the insurance industry is a plus.
