Manager Accounting

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage accounting operations and contribute to the financial health of a dynamic organization. The Manager Accounting will be responsible for overseeing various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Provide financial analysis and support to management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in accounting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and organized.
