Lead Operations Loan for NBFC Industry

This role focuses on leading and managing operational processes related to loan disbursement and servicing within the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and compliant operations, optimizing workflows, and contributing to the overall success of the lending business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the loan processing and servicing functions.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to loan operations.
