Intune

This role focuses on providing comprehensive support and solutions related to Intune, a cloud-based mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, deploying, and maintaining Intune environments, ensuring secure access to corporate resources for mobile devices and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and manage Intune policies, profiles, and compliance settings.
Deploy and troubleshoot mobile applications through the Microsoft Store for Business and Intune App Wrapping.
Monitor Intune environments for performance and security issues.
Provide technical support to end-users and IT staff regarding Intune-related issues.
Develop and maintain Intune documentation and training materials.
Integrate Intune with other Microsoft services, such as Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
Implement and maintain security best practices within the Intune environment.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and related technologies.
Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) principles.
Experience with configuring and managing device compliance policies.
Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
Knowledge of security best practices for mobile devices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
