Branch Manager - Gold Loan

This role is responsible for managing a branch of Poonawalla Fincorp, focusing on gold loan services. The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving business targets, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and motivate a team of loan officers and support staff.
Drive business growth by acquiring new gold loan customers.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Manage risk and ensure the quality of the loan portfolio.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Monitor branch performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications

7 to 12 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and customer service.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of gold loan products and processes.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
