Sr. M365 and Intune Administrator

This role focuses on managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams, while adhering to best practices and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures within the Microsoft 365 environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Configure and manage mobile device management (MDM) policies using Intune.
Automate tasks and processes using scripting or other automation tools.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 with other systems.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5 to 8 years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on Microsoft 365.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and their functionalities.
Experience with Intune configuration and management.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting or other automation tools.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with security best practices and compliance standards.
