Staff Development Engineer

This role focuses on contributing to the development and enhancement of RateGain's core products and platforms. The Staff Development Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test software components and features.
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define requirements.
Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in software development.
Strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Java, Python).
Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
