Quality Engineering Lead

This role focuses on leading and guiding a team of quality engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Quality Engineering Lead will be responsible for defining and implementing quality assurance processes, strategies, and best practices across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers.
Define and implement quality assurance strategies and test plans.
Oversee the execution of various testing phases (functional, integration, regression, performance).
Identify, track, and resolve defects.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality.
Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and coverage.
Participate in design and code reviews.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
3 to 8 years of experience in quality assurance.
Experience leading and mentoring quality engineering teams.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
