Accounts Receivable Executive

This role focuses on managing and optimizing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing and collection of payments. The Accounts Receivable Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing financial risk for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, from invoicing to collections.
Verify and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and proactively follow up on overdue payments.
Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and payments.
Reconcile accounts receivable balances regularly.
Assist with month-end closing procedures.
Prepare reports on accounts receivable performance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1 to 6 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
Strong understanding of accounts receivable principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
