UCMDB Specialist

This role focuses on providing expertise in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Universal Configuration Management Database (UCMDB). The UCMDB Specialist will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, supporting integration efforts, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the configuration management program.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the UCMDB environment.
Develop and implement data quality rules and processes.
Support integration of the UCMDB with other IT systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve UCMDB-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with ITIL best practices.
Contribute to the development of UCMDB documentation and training materials.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Extensive experience with the UCMDB platform.
Strong understanding of configuration management principles and ITIL framework.
Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
