CNC Programmer

This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tooling, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of manufactured products.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement CNC programs based on engineering drawings and specifications.
Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and routers.
Select and load appropriate tooling and materials.
Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements/Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Strong understanding of CNC programming principles and practices.
Experience with various CNC machine types.
Ability to select and use appropriate tooling.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
