Collections MIS Analyst

This role involves providing analytical support to the collections team, focusing on data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. The Collections MIS Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and recommending strategies to optimize collection efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track collection performance.
Analyze data to identify trends and patterns in collection activity.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve collection strategies.
Collaborate with the collections team to understand their data needs.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with MIS systems is a plus.
