Senior Sales Officer – IIFL Home Finance

IIFL Home Finance, one of India's leading housing finance companies, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Officer to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for driving home loan and mortgage product sales, acquiring new customers, and building lasting relationships with clients. You will play a key role in expanding our retail lending portfolio across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers for home loans, loan against property, and other mortgage products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sourcing, channel partners, and referrals
Conduct field visits to prospective customers, housing societies, and real estate developers
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
Provide accurate market intelligence and competitor analysis to the sales manager

Requirements

1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in home loans, mortgages, BFSI, or financial services
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Graduate degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Familiarity with the Noida/NCR real estate market is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
