HR Analyst

This role focuses on providing analytical support to the Human Resources department, contributing to data-driven decision-making and process improvement. The HR Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze HR data from various sources.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 7 years of experience in HR analytics or a related role.
