Purchase Executive

This role involves managing and optimizing the procurement process for the organization. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to support operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers.
Negotiating pricing and contract terms.
Managing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Requirements/Qualifications

1 to 4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
