You will effectively manage post-contract integration projects across a variety of platforms, meeting agreed timelines and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will be working alongside an established team of other solution architects, with various backgrounds in logistics and technology.</li> </ul> Key Accountabilities:  <ul> <li>Lead API Solution Design phases for customer implementations, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant technical architectures aligned with project44 best practices. </li> <li>Own and produce Implementation Design Documents (IDDs), including system architecture, API flows, data mappings, dependencies, assumptions, and risks. </li> <li>Act as the technical authority for customers, providing hands-on guidance and troubleshooting throughout implementation with a broad and deep understanding of project44 APIs, products, and integrations. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Technical Support teams to validate designs, resolve technical blockers, and influence product improvements based on customer feedback. </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="5" data-aria-level="1">Support and coordinate System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet functional, performance, and reliability requirements. </li> <li>Lead technical readiness for Go-Live, including cutover planning, validation, and post-deployment checks. </li> <li>Provide Hypercare support post-launch, proactively monitoring integrations, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring customer stability and satisfaction. </li> <li>Serve as a technical liaison between customer technical teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. </li> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"hybridMultilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="9" data-aria-level="1">Apply light project management skills to manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables; track work using time-tracking tools and manage tasks and issues via internal systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Rocketlane). </li> <li>Contribute to process improvement, documentation standards, and reusable solution patterns to improve scalability and consistency across implementations. </li> <li>Support pre-sales or discovery activities as needed by providing technical input, solution feasibility assessments, and implementation estimates. </li> <li>Facilitate standard project management methodology for all implementations, including, but not limited to: </li> <li>Leading technical kick-off calls  </li> <li>Technical deep dive – review the APIs in detail, consulting with customer to provide best practices and most efficient set up of the APIs </li> <li>Providing input on test plans and training </li> <li>Weekly status meetings – weekly calls with customers to review progress, obstacles, upcoming tasks, etc.  </li> <li>Post-implementation hyper care – ensure the implementation is a success, before transitioning the account to our customer success team.</li> </ul> Requirements & Preferred Skills: <ul> <li>Fluent in English (written and spoken); </li> <li>Spanish OR/AND Italian language skills are a strong plus.</li> <li>3–5 years of customer-facing experience in one or more of the following areas: </li> <li>Customer integrations and technical implementations </li> <li>Software or SaaS systems delivery </li> <li>Supply chain, transportation, or logistics technology integrations </li> <li>Proven experience working with API and delivery tools, such as Postman, Observe, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (or equivalent productivity tools). </li> <li>Strong ability to proactively identify, assess, and clearly communicate technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, balancing multiple customers, priorities, and timelines. </li> <li>Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer engagements and on-site activities as required. </li> <li>Experience integrating with or supporting TMS and ERP systems is highly desirable.</li> </ul> In-office Commitment: Our office is where ideas spark, connections thrive, and innovation comes alive. Compensation and Benefits: We continually evaluate our pay ranges to reflect skills, experience, and market conditions. The base salary offered will be determined by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as the specific geographic location where the job will be performed. Base salary is one component of project44's total compensation package, which also includes stock options for all EOR and project44-employed team members, bonus or commission eligibility depending on role, and a benefits package tailored to your country of employment. Specific benefits package offerings vary by country and may include health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off, in line with local market standards and statutory programs.
